“Whenever I see Emad, he is busy, the landline phone to a customer in one hand, his mobile in the other, explaining something to a freelance member of staff, while the project management team are deeply immersed in assigning new tasks and delivering the finished ones. Emad has also been up all night, working to a tight deadline on the translation from German to Arabic and English of a complex medical document.
